Wings stands for "Women in Gods Service." This is a group that meets monthly to enjoy fellowship and service together. We also have monthly outreach and service events that we coordinate and plan during our meetings. We believe an act of kindness can heal a heart blinded by pain.
Our adult fellowship classes are the natural, first-step connection into UFMC.
We offer a variety of classes for all adults throughout the week. Our classes are groups of people who gather consistently, growing in healthy, Christ-centered, accountable relationships with the common goal of knowing God and serving Him.
Too Far from Sunday
An alternative worship service for young adults, single parents, young marrieds, and divorced folks in that age range - "millennials," as they are popularly called - although any age adult can attend - just realize that senior saints might not appreciate the style music or worship format. Meets Sundays at 6pm at the Fellowship House, 30 Euclid Street.
Berean Bible Study
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV) According to Acts 17:11, the people Paul encountered in the town of Berea "searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things (the Gospel Paul preached) were so." We Christians need to study the Bible: They need to know how to read and use the Scriptures to test new doctrines and know God's will for our lives. The Berean Bible Study, taught by Pastor Drew, meets at the Fellowship House Thursdays at 6:30 PM. Learn how to discern and reject false teachings and be equipped for the Christian life. Bring a snack to share.
