Calling people who  C.A.R.E!

C.A.R.E.  is a ministry to our friends at UFMC when they are ill, hospitalized, shut-in,

are struggling with special needs or are our guests in worship.

C.A.R.E.  takes information from our greeters who log in our regulars on Sunday morning and notes when some are not in attendance, gets information about whether they are ill or otherwise prevented from being in worship, and follows up with them for pastoral care.

C.A.R.E.  collects information on our Welcome cards and makes sure those who filled them out got their free gift, matches them up with staff and volunteers who can make contact and find out how to minister to them, and in general makes our guests’ feeling of being welcomed extend past their being in worship on a Sunday morning.

C.A.R.E.  consists of people who want to extend the worship and warmth experience with those who have questions and needs that we can respond to.

C.A.R.E.  consists of captains of quadrant areas of the worship center and makes sure they feel welcome, as well as follow up on those who have filled out welcome cards.
